We are excited to share a number of upcoming opportunities for IFLA members, so that you can mark your diaries. These are:
1.IFLA Governing Board
We are piloting the opening of online IFLA Governing Board meetings to our Members in order to learn more about how to do this effectively. It will therefore be possible to follow the open part of the agenda online as an observer (the agenda is attached). To do this, please register at this link – you will need to share your membership code in order to be approved. If you need help to identify this, please contact membership@ifla.org and we’ll be happy to help.

2.IFLA Town Halls
We will be holding another round of Town Hall meetings for IFLA members and volunteers in late June and early July. These are a chance for IFLA’s President and Secretary General to share updates on key developments, including our plans for WLIC, our governance structure health check, and more. Sign up for the event that works for you in your time zone.

3.Stronger, Bolder Together
Ahead of the World Library and Information Congress, IFLA President Vicki McDonald and President-elect Leslie Weir will be hosting two launchpad sessions, starting discussions designed to promote new thinking about how we can stay ahead in times of turmoil and turbulence. We will be hearing from inspiring thinkers, and looking ahead to our discussions in Astana at WLIC. Read more in our invitation!
